    set OPENSSL_CONF=C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.21\conf\openssl.cnf
  4. Launch openSSL, by typing this command: C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.21\bin\openssl.exe
Change: C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.21\ - to where your wamp apache is located.

  5. create: my-prvkey.pem - it will be created in openssl dir
command to type in OpenSSL prompt: genrsa -out my-prvkey.pem 1024
To make sure, that it will be created in expected directory, you can add it to command, eg:
    genrsa -out C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.21\bin\my-prvkey.pem 1024
  6. create: my-pubcert.pem
command to type in OpenSSL prompt:
    req -new -key C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.21\bin\my-prvkey.pem -x509 -days 365 -out C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.21\bin\my-pubcert.pem
Remember to change given above paths to those, where your my-prvkey.pem is located and where you want to output your my-pubcert.pem to be output

Note:sometimes in front of connamd you must add openssl word.

This should make it work.
